As a mechanical engineer who worked for many years in the automobile industry, with a focus on biodegradable materials, I have the unique combination of an engineering technical background coupled with over 15 years of experience in investment and management experience in private equity and global leading corporations, in particular in the context of raising capital, M&A transactions, and post-merger integration.
At Catalyst, we have invested in a wide range of sectors, including Industry 4.0 companies. For example, ARBE Robotics (NASDAQ: ARBE), which develops breakthrough 4D radar for the automotive industry and which has gone public just this past year on the NASDAQ.
